KYC officer Perform ‘Know Your Client’ (KYC) verification and documentation collection procedures for clients ( Via Emails and phone calls) Update of customer files. Validate provided documentation with an independent third party electronic verification provider (e.g. World Check, etc), Ensure that all necessary documentation are collected and update the Company’s software about the collection of these documents. Uploading clients documents to the company's system.
-English– Mother tongue
-Past experience with customer support
