Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a leading organisation in the Forex industry seeks to recruit a dynamic Global Sales Manager; Responsibilities: Develop new partnerships with Key Partners in new market segments through sales calls Maintain and develop accounts with companies within your targeted sector to ensure the client remains the provider of choice Develop existing agent base to protect and grow the revenue at a pre agreed level through new business generation Build client relationships through proactive selling methods and the proposition of appropriate FX risk prevention solutions Promote and maintain a high level of customer service to all existing and potential clients Telephone Key Partner Clients to discuss services and assist in opening trading facilities Recruiting and training sales staff Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance Allocating areas to sales executives Setting budgets targets Liaising with other line managers Reporting back to senior managers Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling); Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services Qualifications: Business or related degree or equivalent professional qualification Minimum 2- 3 year experience in a Forex organisation is a must Excellent communication and organisational skills Fluent in English (Written & Verbal) Appropriate knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory obligations Knowledge of markets, products and services Understanding and experience of risk management techniques Ability to communicate effectively across all business levels, both internally and externally Team leadership Able to work in a team environment Excellent phone etiquette Decision making This will be a key role within the organisation therefore an excellent remuneration package offered
