Customer Service • Identify new up selling opportunities with existing customers • Follow up on customer service delivery and schedule • Follow up on clients invoices if any and follow up due payment closely with development manager o Follow up the faxes sent or received by the clients o Follow up the invoices to be taken to the client • Assist clients over the phone and internet • Coordinating with the Business development and Training Manager for client requests achievement within timeframe and complaints resolution\. • Help in the implementation of a total CRM solution for Customer Support • Weekly reporting of customer satisfaction barometer • Responsible of the tidiness and the cleanliness of his/her desk and related premises • Fill all Clients required reports on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis

University degree Very good English, French is a plus and other languages like greek etc\.\. Very Dynamic, Quick learner, work under pressure\. Computer and internet skills is a must Respect punctuality, attendance and attitude
