Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client a leading organisation specialising in the supply of credit reports is seeking to employ a Arabic Speaking Due Diligence Researcher;Responsibilities:Liaising with clients as necessary by email or over the telephone, addressing their requirements, advising of capabilities, providing price and timeline quotations for possible investigation assignments and be assigned to cases undertaking due diligence type reports, as an Assistant to the Senior Due Diligence Researchers, to include but not limited to the following:Address, Identification, Employment, Education History and Property Ownership Verification of IndividualsIncorporation data research and verification of companiesCompliance Database/s searchObtaining copies of official certificates and corporate records, where publically availableCollating Court Records DataDirectorship and Shareholding SearchesMedia Searches in Arabic, English and possibly in FrenchReal Estate Asset SearchesObtaining Telephone References on Individual subjectsObtaining Source Comments reports via telephone interviews and emails on Individual subjects and companiesKeeping abreast of developments within the Arab region including changes in commercial laws, economic and political factors through media and periodicals\.Remaining aware of legal availability of data in countries coveredBuild strong relationships with information sources in countries coveredConstantly make efforts to identify new and alternative information sourcesLiaise with information sources and providers if requiredLiaise with the company’s Clients Services Department to advise on data availabilitySupervise Assistant Due Diligence researchers and allocate reports and assignments to them to assist in reports deliveryPromote the company’s image on social media networks where possibleRepresent the company at Business Association meetings, conferences, exhibitions and award ceremonies. Undergoing training courses and qualifications relevant to the industry as required Qualifications: Degree or diploma in one of the following: Political Science (Middle East, Arab or Gulf region) Middle Eastern Studies Securities Studies Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies (Near East also considered) Journalism International Relations (Investigations thesis) Legal – International or Middle East Business Law, Corporate Structure; Litigations Middle East Politics Diplomatic Studies Fluency in English & Arabic (Verbal & Written). Fluency in French will be considered as an advantage.Computer literateExcellent organisational & communication skills Pleasant personality Ability to work as part of a team Able to meet tight deadlines Ability to work well under pressure Represent the company at Business Association meetings, conferences, exhibitions and award ceremonies. Assist the company to remain legally compliant at all times.
